How long can I use this product for free?

We offer a 14-day free trial period where you can fully test droov at absolutely no cost, regardless of the number of orders you receive. After the trial, you only pay per order if you receive less than 50 orders per month (see per order fee above). This means if you receive no orders, you pay nothing at all. So feel free to give it a try and see how droov can boost your business!

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We operate on a month-to-month basis, so you're not locked into any long-term contracts.

What is the per-order fee?

The per-order fee is a small fixed charges that we take for each order processed through our system.

Do the pricing plans include payment processing fees?

No, the pricing plans do not include payment processing fees. These fees are charged by your connected payment processor for every transaction (PayPal and Stripe). For example, PayPal's fee for domestic payments is typically around 2.49% + $0.34 per transaction. Credit card processor - Stripe usually charge around 1.5% + $ 0.25 per transaction though the exact cost depends on the country.

How long does it take to get started?

droov is super easy to use, and you will only need around 15 minutes to set up and launch your online shop and start accepting orders.
